


Paolo Cassini, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Krösus Organic Taggiasca Monocultivar, 250ml
Krösus Extra Virgin Olive Oil is an organic Taggiasca monocultivar that expresses the very best of olive oil production, in full respect of the delicate and extraordinary environment of the Ligurian Riviera.
It is produced from the olive groves of the Rossetto, Maorengo, and Crosa estates, in Isolabona, in the western part of Liguria, in the province of Imperia— the native land of the Taggiasca olive.
Paolo Cassini’s is a small family-run business: ten hectares and 2,000 olive trees, exclusively of the Taggiasca variety, most of them centuries old. The oldest were planted by Benedictine monks around the 13th century.
Production is limited but of exceptionally high quality, as demonstrated by the numerous awards and recognitions received over the past twenty-five years.
