Refund policy

Pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 59, letter d) of the Consumer Code, THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL IS EXCLUDED, as the products of Iole srls are goods that by their nature cannot be returned and are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

The packaging containing several products constitutes a single sales unit and, therefore, that packaging is to be considered a single product.

Consequently, if the package includes perishable and non-perishable products, it must be considered a perishable unicum, which can in no case be partially returned.
