Shipping policy

Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping method selected by the customer.

The total amount of the order, including shipping costs, will be visible before proceeding with the purchase confirmation.

Orders will be processed in the first working interval useful from receipt of the same.

The courier will deliver the goods to the address indicated by the customer at the time of purchase.

In case of non-delivery (courier / customer errors) the Customer Service of Iole srls will act as soon as possible to find an agreement on the subsequent operating methods.

Iole srls is not responsible for any delays attributable to shippers.

Upon receipt of the package, the following checks are charged to the Customer:

  • the correspondence of the number of packages indicated on the waybill or invoice, with those actually delivered;
  • the integrity of the package and the absence of external damage: any disputes must be immediately communicated to the courier, indicating on the waybill the words "Withdrawn subject to control"; In the absence of immediate disputes, the package is considered correctly delivered.
