Shipping policy
Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping method selected by the Customer.
The total amount of the order, including shipping costs, will be visible before proceeding with the confirmation of the purchase.
Any other costs arising from customs duties, import taxes, or other additional costs required by the destination country are not included in the shipping costs and are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
Orders will be processed as quickly as possible and in any case within no more than 5 working days, after which the goods will be entrusted to the Courier who will deliver them to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of purchase.
In case of non-delivery (Courier/Customer mix-ups), Iole srls Customer Service will act as soon as possible to find an agreement on subsequent operational procedures.
Iole srls is in no way responsible for any delays attributable to the forwarders.
Upon receipt of the package, the following checks are the responsibility of the Customer:
- the correspondence of the number of packages indicated on the waybill or invoice with those actually delivered.
- the integrity of the package and the absence of external damage: any disputes must be immediately communicated to the Courier, indicating on the waybill the wording "Accepted subject to control" (Ritirato con riserva di controllo). In the absence of immediate disputes, the package is considered correctly delivered.
