This site is intended for the promotion and online sale of Iole srls items.

1. Online Purchases
   Purchases made on this website are governed by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, as well as any additional conditions indicated on the site at the time of contract conclusion (in accordance with articles No. 50 and following of Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005, relating to consumer protection in distance contracts) and Legislative Decree No. 70 of April 9, 2003, relating to electronic commerce. These General Terms and Conditions must be considered an integral and substantial part of the sales contract. Customers are therefore invited, before placing an order, to carefully read these General Terms and Conditions, printing or saving them on another durable and accessible medium. The submission of the order constitutes acceptance of the prevailing sales conditions at the time of purchase. The items on the site can be purchased, subject to stock availability, by those who have reached 18 years of age. The order delivery can be arranged at the most convenient location for the buyer: at home, at the office, or with third parties.
    
2. Prices
   The prices displayed on this site include VAT and refer solely to products available for online sale. The prices at the time of ordering will not change due to promotions or price increases occurring at different times. The total amount of ordered products will be increased, according to delivery terms, by the corresponding shipping costs.
    
3. Products: Features, Availability
   The features of the products are those indicated in the online catalog and visible at the time of order completion. The products are represented in the catalog as realistically and accurately as possible. The colors of the products, as well as other aesthetic features, may vary due to the user's monitor and other reasons not attributable to Iole srls. Therefore, while the seller guarantees maximum accuracy and technical quality of the images, it does not guarantee that colors and other displayed aesthetic features are reproduced realistically on the screen. The products featured on the site have measurements and weights that are as realistic as possible but are still indicative.
   Some products are available in limited quantities. In case of unavailability of certain products, Iole srls will contact the Customer directly to agree on replacing them with other similar products of equal value.
    
4. Shipping and Delivery
   Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping method selected by the customer. The total order amount, including shipping costs, will be visible before proceeding with the purchase confirmation. Orders will be processed during the first available working interval upon receipt. The courier will deliver the goods to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase. In case of non-delivery (courier/customer issues), Iole srls Customer Service will promptly act to reach an agreement on the next operational steps. Iole srls is not responsible for any delays attributable to shipping carriers. Upon receiving the package, the following checks are the responsibility of the Customer:
   • matching the number of packages indicated on the waybill or invoice with those actually delivered;
   • checking the integrity of the package and the absence of external damage: any complaints must be immediately communicated to the courier, indicating on the waybill the wording "Received with reservation for check"; in the absence of immediate complaints, the package is considered correctly delivered.
      
5. Cancellation and Modification of the Order
   Iole srls reserves the right, due to unforeseen logistic and/or organizational difficulties, to cancel the order, notifying the Customer by email or, by agreement, to modify the expected delivery terms.
    
6. Disclaimer
   Iole srls undertakes to operate with the utmost care. However, it may inadvertently incur technical and/or typographical errors or inaccuracies. Iole srls reserves the right to make changes to the site whenever necessary without any notice. Iole srls does not guarantee that the information on its site (https://laconsorteria1966.it) complies with the jurisdiction of every country or that the products displayed on the site are allowed for sale in all jurisdictions.
    
7. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
   In accordance with Article 59, letter d) of the Consumer Code, THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL IS EXCLUDED, as Iole srls products are goods that, by their nature, cannot be returned and may deteriorate or alter rapidly. The package containing different products constitutes a single sales unit and, therefore, this package is considered a single product. Consequently, if the package includes perishable and non-perishable products, it must be considered a whole that cannot be subject to partial return under any circumstances.
    
8. Complaints
   Complaints relating to defective products or errors in the shipping service can be sent by e-mail to iole@iolesrls.com address, or by registered letter with return receipt to the address: Iole srls, piazza G. Mazzini 9, 41121 Modena, Italy.
