This website is intended for the promotion of Iole srls items and their online sale.

1. Online Purchases

Purchases made on this website are governed by these "General Terms and Conditions of Sale", by the various "Conditions" indicated from time to time on the website at the date of conclusion of the contract (in accordance with Articles 50 and following of Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005, regarding consumer protection in respect of distance contracts), as well as by Legislative Decree No. 70 of April 9, 2003, regarding electronic commerce.

These "General Terms and Conditions of Sale" must be considered an integral and substantial part of the sales contract.

Customers are therefore invited, before sending the order, to carefully read these "General Terms and Conditions of Sale", printing them or saving them on another durable and accessible medium.

Sending the order constitutes acceptance of all "Conditions of Sale" in force at the time of purchase.

The items on the site can be purchased, subject to availability, by anyone who is 18 years of age or older.

Delivery of the order can be arranged at the most convenient location for the Customer: at home, in the office, or at a third party's address.

2. Prices

The prices displayed on this site are inclusive of VAT and refer exclusively to products sold online.

The prices in force at the time of the order will not undergo variations either as a result of promotions or as a result of price increases occurring at different times.

The total amount of the ordered products will be increased by the relevant shipping costs, as due according to the delivery terms.

Customs duties, import taxes, and any additional costs required by the destination country are not included in the shipping costs and are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

3. Products: Characteristics, Availability

The characteristics of the products are those indicated in the online catalog and visible at the time the order is placed.

The products are represented in the catalog as realistically and accurately as possible. Despite this, the colors of the products, as well as other aesthetic characteristics, may undergo variations due to the user's monitor, as well as for other reasons not attributable to Iole srls.

The products offered on the site correspond to measurements and weights that are as accurate as possible but are still indicative.

Since these are products coming from small artisanal businesses, it may happen that some of them are no longer available at the time of shipping, even immediately after the conclusion of the order. In this case, Iole srls will contact the Customer directly to agree on their replacement with other products of equal quality and commercial value.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping method selected by the Customer.

The total amount of the order, including shipping costs, will be visible before proceeding with the confirmation of the purchase.

Any other costs arising from customs duties, import taxes, or other additional costs required by the destination country are not included in the shipping costs and are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

Orders will be processed as quickly as possible and in any case within no more than 5 working days, after which the goods will be entrusted to the Courier who will deliver them to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of purchase.

In case of non-delivery (Courier/Customer mix-ups), Iole srls Customer Service will act as soon as possible to find an agreement on subsequent operational procedures.

Iole srls is in no way responsible for any delays attributable to the forwarders.

Upon receipt of the package, the following checks are the responsibility of the Customer:

- the correspondence of the number of packages indicated on the waybill or invoice with those actually delivered.

- the integrity of the package and the absence of external damage: any disputes must be immediately communicated to the Courier, indicating on the waybill the wording "Accepted subject to control" (Ritirato con riserva di controllo). In the absence of immediate disputes, the package is considered correctly delivered.

5. Order Cancellation and Modification

Iole srls reserves the right, following unforeseen logistical and/or organizational difficulties, to cancel the order placed by the Customer, with the consequent refund of the amount spent, giving notice to the Customer by e-mail or, subject to agreement with the Customer, to modify the terms foreseen for delivery.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

Iole srls is committed to operating with the utmost care. It may, however, inadvertently incur technical and/or editorial errors or inaccuracies.

Iole srls therefore declines all responsibility for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the information provided on its website (https://laconsorteria1966.it), which may be modified or updated at any time without prior notice.

Iole srls does not guarantee that such information complies with the jurisdiction of every country or that the products displayed on the site are permitted for sale in all jurisdictions.

7. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to and for the purposes of Art. 59, letter d) of the "Consumer Code" (Codice del Consumo), THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL IS EXCLUDED, as the products of Iole srls are goods which by their nature cannot be returned and are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

The package containing different products constitutes a single sales unit and, therefore, said package is to be considered a single product.

Consequently, if the package includes perishable and non-perishable products, it must be considered a perishable whole (unicum), which can in no case be subject to partial return.
