Acetaia Al Parol owes its name to the cauldron (paról), which in Modenese dialect means the container in which the must is cooked. Valerio, the master vinegar maker, has been producing his vinegar for more than forty years, in his home attic.

The package contains the 100 ml 'Giugiaro' bottle, the cork and glass stopper and the recipe booklet.
