The Pedroni family started producing their Traditional Balsamic Vinegar in 1862. The tradition has been passed down from generation to generation, this is why the products are named after the various members of the family.

This Balsamic, aged at least 25 years in barrels that have been in use for over 70 years, coats the palate in a velvety embrace. Neither acidic nor sweet, neither empty nor aggressive, it reflects the balance built over long years of patient wait. Like a great meditation wine, it can also be tasted alone, preferably with a ceramic spoon.

The package contains the 100 ml bottle of 'Giugiaro', the cork and glass stopper, a glass pipette and the recipe booklet.
