The Consorzio Tutela Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale di Modena brings together almost all the producers and, since 2009, has had the task - conferred by the Ministry of Agricultural, Food and Forestry Policies (MIPAAF) - of protecting and promoting Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale di Modena DOP. Periodically, the Consorzio chooses to bottle the balsamic vinegar of one of its members with its own label, guaranteeing its originality and quality.

The package contains the 100 ml 'Giugiaro' bottle, the cork and glass stopper and the recipe booklet.
