This Aceto Balsamico di Modena PGI is produced by a small family business, and it contains only cooked grape juice and wine vinegar. The aging of at least 3 years in oak barrels makes it softer and more delicate than the 'unaged' type. It is suitable for daily use on fresh vegetable salads or omelets, poured at the end of the cooking process.

The bottle is 250 ml and it comes in a box.
