The history of Acetaia Rossetti dates back to 1750, when the first barrel set was established—still in use today. According to the local family tradition, a new set of barrels was added with each new birth, passing down passion, care, and knowledge from generation to generation.
The secret lies in the centuries-old barrels made of fine woods—mulberry, chestnut, juniper, cherry, and oak—which guide and shape the aging of the product, giving it unique aromatic nuances.
Aged for at least 12 years.
Ingredients: cooked grape must.
It contains natural sulfites.
The package includes the 100ml Giugiaro bottle, a pourer cap and a booklet with information about the producer.
