This Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI is produced and aged for at least 3 years in the small artisanal facility of one of our top suppliers.
The aging process – meaning the maturation and refinement of its flavor profile – takes place in twenty small barrels made from different types of wood: acacia, oak, chestnut, mulberry, juniper, and cherry. The flavor is rich and full-bodied, with a balanced and harmonious acidity. It’s perfect when drizzled as a finishing touch over roasted or grilled meats, aged cheeses, ice cream, or fresh fruit salad.
Ingredients:
- 60% cooked grape juice (Lambrusco, Trebbiano Montanaro, Trebbiano di Spagna);
- 40% aged wine vinegar.
It contains natural sulfites.
The box includes a 250ml bottle with a pour spout.
