La Secchia, founded by Lorenzo Righi’s father in 1950, has grown over the decades and today includes more than 600 small barrels, maintaining a strictly artisanal production that honors traditional values and the quality of raw ingredients.
This Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, aged for at least 25 years, comes from a battery of barrels that began production in 1959.

It contains natural sulfites.
