Carandini, Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale di Modena DOP, Refined
Carandini’s story is as ancient as that of balsamic vinegar of Modena itself. Since 1641, its finest vinegar has borne the Carandini name, one of the oldest noble families in Modena.
This balsamic vinegar, aged for at least 12 years in the Carandini cellars, is full-bodied, with a deep, dark brown color—rich and glossy. Its flavor is sweet-and-sour and perfectly balanced, consecrated by tradition in an unbroken continuity. It has a gentle acidity touched by aromatic notes, achieved thanks to the different woods used for the barrels: oak, juniper, cherry, mulberry, and chestnut.
Aged for at least 12 years.
Ingredients: cooked grape must.
It contains natural sulfites.
The package includes the 100ml Giugiaro bottle, a pourer cap and a recipe booklet.
