Acetaia Bizzarri, Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO, Extra-aged

Sandro Bizzarri founded his vinegar house in 1975, almost accidentally. A friendship with a local cooper allowed him to learn how to craft his own small barrels, resulting in a uniquely personal aging process. Since 2007, following Sandro’s passing, the vinegar house has been run by his son Gabriele and daughter Gabriella, with the support of their mother Giovanna.

Aged for at least 25 years.
Ingredients: cooked grape must.
It contains natural sulfites.

The package includes the 100ml ‘Giugiaro’ bottle, a pourer cap, and a recipe booklet.
