Ranked ninth in the 2016 edition of the Palio di San Giovanni in Spilamberto — the most prestigious competition for producers of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO — this vinegar is distinguished by a lively acidity that enhances its balance and aromatic smoothness.
Limited edition.
Aged for at least 12 years.
Ingredients: cooked grape must.
It contains natural sulfites.
The package includes the 100ml ‘Giugiaro’ bottle, a pourer cap, the certificate of participation in the Palio di San Giovanni in Spilamberto, and a recipe booklet.
