In 1977, Valerio and Denis founded the vinegar cellar. Year after year, season after season, the vinegar grew alongside the family. The barrels watched, absorbed, waited — and taught. In 2024, the cellar passed to Laura, the youngest daughter. A gesture that was not merely a transfer of ownership, but an act of trust. Laura did not disrupt tradition: she listened, observed, and refined. She reshaped what already existed, with respect and care.
This balsamic vinegar, aged for no less than 25 years, expresses density, richness, and unparalleled aromatic depth. With an intense dark brown color, it reveals complex notes of ripe plum, tobacco, and chestnut honey on the nose, while on the palate it offers a velvety sweetness balanced by elegant acidity, with a persistent and refined finish.
Aged for at least 25 years.
Ingredients: cooked grape must.
It contains natural sulfites.
