Today, with 25 members and around 4,000 active barrels, it is one of the most important players in the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena market.
This balsamic vinegar, aged for at least 25 years, is marked by refined elegance and intense aroma, with a consistent yet harmonious acidity and well-developed balsamic character. Best used at the end of cooking to enhance meat, fried foods, fish, ice cream, and fruit — or enjoyed on its own as a digestif after a meal.
