La Tradizione defines itself as a Cooperative of Balsamic Art — a group of skilled artisans driven by deep passion, who have preserved and passed down the secrets behind this prized masterpiece of gastronomy. Today, with its 25 members and around 4,000 active barrels, it stands as one of the most important players in the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO market.
This balsamic vinegar, aged for at least 12 years, features pronounced acidity and balsamic notes still in the process of maturing. Best used at the end of cooking to enhance and enrich vegetables, fried foods, meat and fish, and aged cheeses such as Parmigiano Reggiano.
Aged for at least 12 years.
Ingredients: cooked grape must.
It contains natural sulfites.
