The Ansaloni family’s history dates back to the year 1058, when the Benedictine monastery of Nonantola granted the villagers the right to use the monks’ arable land. Since then, vine cultivation has naturally led to the production of balsamic vinegar, following the ancient traditional recipe — giving rise to a product of exceptional quality and refined organoleptic complexity.
Aged for at least 12 years.
Ingredients: cooked grape must.
It contains natural sulfites.
The package includes the 100ml ‘Giugiaro’ bottle, a pourer cap, and a booklet with information about the producer.
