The Pedroni family started producing their Traditional Balsamic Vinegar in 1862. The tradition has been passed down from generation to generation, this is why the products are named after the various members of the family.
This Balsamic, aged at least 12 years in juniper barrels, is rich in lively and 'spicy' aromas. Without a doubt, it is quite distinctive and it goes well with savory dishes, for example baked or fried potatoes, red meat, smoked salmon or onion omelet.
The package contains the 100 ml bottle of 'Giugiaro', the cork and glass stopper, a glass pipette and the recipe booklet.
