Sandro Bizzarri founded his vinegar factory in 1975, almost by chance. His friendship with a cooper friend allowed him to learn how to make the necessary barrels himself, thus obtaining truly personal product refinement results. Since 2007, the year of Sandro's death, the vinegar factory has been run by his son Gabriele and daughter Gabriella, with the contribution of their mother Giovanna.

The package contains the 100 ml 'Giugiaro' bottle, the cork and glass stopper and the recipe booklet.
